Keane has had enough of watching Man United underperform.
Roy Keane spoke for most Manchester United fans with his exasperated assessment of the team at half-time of the Manchester derby on Saturday afternoon.
Manchester City went into the break leading 2-0 against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side and fully deserved their advantage.
Man City were slick and precise with their passing and completely controlled the contest at Old Trafford. It was like a training game for the Premier League champions.
Man United 0-2 Man City: First half.
Man United fell behind after just seven minutes when Eric Bailly turned the ball into his own net. Cristiano Ronaldo had a few sights of goal, but otherwise, the home side offered little threat and were played off the park by their opponents.
Just before half-time, Man City doubled their lead through Bernardo Silva. The Portugal midfielder scored at the back post after United didn't put pressure on Joao Cancelo and failed to clear his cross into the box.
The slapstick nature of the goal, from Man United's perspective, summed up their day.

Keane was heavily critical of Solskjaer's team.
"This defending – Shaw and De Gea. There’s not enough pressure," Keane said on Sky Sports at half-time of the Manchester derby, with the score at 2-0 to the away team.
"They’ve got to realise it’s nearly half-time, they are on the ropes so stay in the game. Look at Shaw and De Gea. What chance have you got in this game? I’ve been cross with these fellas for years.
"I give up. These are international defenders. I can’t understand the defending."

Keane also said that if Man City were on course to score four or five goals if their opponents did not get their act together.
"I’m driving down here today thinking United will have their chance as they at home, but they’ve been like this all season, giving up chances.
"And City got a bit arrogant giving up one or two chances, but it’s two at the moment and unless United do something drastic it will be another four or five."

Man United 0-2 Man City: Second-half.
The second half followed a similar pattern. Man City failed to add to their lead but didn't need to. They controlled possession and had their opponents chasing shadows.
Man United made some changes, with Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford coming on, and switched formation from 3-5-2 to 4-3-3, but couldn't lay a glove on Guardiola's side.

The result leaves Man City in second place in the Premier League table, with 23 points from 11 games.
Solskjaer's team, meanwhile, are in fifth place with 17 points and could drop further down the table ahead of the international break depending on results elsewhere.
