'Always look on the bright side of life' was a song written for the famous Monty Python.
But it seems to be a mantra taken on by happy-go-lucky Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
Even in the face of a dismal defeat which saw his side beaten 3-0 away at Watford, he still managed to remain his jocular self and crack a few jokes in the press conference after the game.
Where other managers probably would be pretty gloomy and morose after being soundly beaten, not Klopp.
Yes he was ranting his head off on the sidelines at Vicarage Road, but still managed to keep that idiosyncratic German humour when he faced the media.
He even got a round of applause from journalists at one point.
