It's not hard to see why Jurgen Klopp is one of the most loved managers in the world.

We all know the charisma he brings to post-match interviews, the energy he gets out of his players and the infectious laugh that's made it impossible for even rival supporters to dislike him. And the Liverpool boss has outdone himself with a wonderfully touching letter that he penned to a woman whose husband suddenly died while on the way to watch Leicester play Liverpool at Anfield on St. Stephen's Day.
