Jurgen Klopp has given a timeline for how long he intends to stay at Liverpool

Don't worry, Reds fans. He's going nowhere yet.

Ahead of the biggest game of his admittedly young Liverpool career, Jurgen Klopp has given a rough estimate as to when he will call it quits as manager. The German has put together something of a pattern with his tenures at previous clubs Mainz and Borussia Dortmund, spending seven years at the helm of each side before moving on to a new project. And, judging to his comments prior to Wednesday night's Europa League final, the 48-year-old foresees a similar term at Anfield. “Seven years in Liverpool hopefully," Klopp said. "Maybe you know better what people think when I joined the club. I am not sure about it but for me it's the only way to work to be honest. “I don't feel the pressure. I cannot change. I feel opportunity. I feel the pressure of the game and developing players. I don't think I have all the time in the world but I don't think I've ever felt doubt around me. “If that's right I don't know but it makes me completely free to make decisions and for my team and myself to be free to develop together." In this modern world where the slightest blip in form can lead to managerial sackings, Klopp has rubbished any notion that he is under pressure to deliver. He added: “I came here because I was really convinced about the qualities of these players and this squad, despite the doubts people had. To see how they have reached this final gives me a really good feeling. “What can I say? Yeah, my former clubs all wanted to extend contracts before I thought about leaving. “Maybe it's a long time with Liverpool I don't know, but nobody should think about three years, we want to use the momentum.”
