It is not every day, week or month Daily Show host Jon Stewart gets to wax lyrical about soccer, but, last night, he delivered a stunning recap and commentary of Wednesday's FIFA arrests in Zurich.
The comedian added, 'Finally, soccer is getting it's perp walk... it looks to me like they are going to jail for all the money they sttttooooooolllllle.'
Stewart jokes, 'FIFA were so bad, they got arrested by the Swiss. A country who's policy on Nazi gold was, and I quote, "We'll allow it".'
On the fact that the FIFA corruption is said to have begun around 1991, Stewart quips, '24 years. What took you so long? To put that in perspective, it started Jennifer Lawrence ago.'
