McClean will be a guest on Eir Sport's coverage of the EA Sports Cup final between Derry City and Cobh Ramblers on Sunday at the Brandywell.
The Stoke City winger is currently recovering from a wrist injury he picked up on international duty with the Republic of Ireland. He will back home in Derry for Sunday's final and will be joined pitchside by Pat Fenlon for Eir's coverage.
McClean played 88 times for Derry before securing a move to Sunderland in 2011. He has frequently been spotted at matches at Brandywell since making his move across the water and remains a keen supporter of his hometown team.
Derry are favourites for the game against First Division Cobh. Coverage starts on Eir at 3.30pm and the final kicks off at 4 pm.
