Jack Grealish joins teammate in wonderful gesture for young Villa fan battling Leukaemia

You may remember this wonderful image of young Tom Griffiths which emerged last week.
The picture of the brave Aston Villa supporter was shared by his father on social media and showed the 7-year-old watching a game at Villa Park.

The image went viral and prompted Aston Villa left back Jordan Amavi to pledge his jersey to the youngster.

And Jack Grealish is the latest Villa player to make the promise as followed suit, offering his matchday shirt to young Tom.
