Jack Byrne continues to make waves in the Eredivisie. The 19 year old Dubliner, on-loan with Cambuur from Manchester City, has recorded more successful passes in the final third than any other player in the Dutch top flight during 2016.

An impressive accolade considering Cambuur are bottom of the league, and the relative quality of opposition in the division. It also shows that Ireland could have a classy playmaker on their hands in the years to come.
Byrne, who was called up to train with the Ireland senior squad last month, was also named in the Eredivisie team of the month for February.
The midfielder was rightly proud of his latest achievement.
