Inter Milan have extended their lead at the top of Serie A having defeated fifth placed Atalanta 1-0.

Milan Skriniar scored the only goal of the game which moves Antonio Conte's men one step closer to the Scudetto. This weekend's Serie A action, meanwhile, allowed AC Milan and Juventus to try and gain a bit of ground on Antonio Conte's side, for the time being at least. Both sides won, with Milan's victory only their second in the last five league games. Juventus too got another three points, with an Alvaro Morata double helping them overcome Lazio in a 3-1 win.
