Four years ago Sandro was playing against Real Madrid in the Champions League. Now he's strangling young fellas.

The QPR midfielder was on his way back from injury when he lined out for the R's U21s yesterday. With time winding down, and enjoying a 3-1 advantage, the Brazilian took umbrage with a challenge from a Bristol City player. Cue Sandro leaping to his feet and grabbing the tackler around the throat before forcing him to the ground. Not quite one of these but good effort. H/to 101GreatGoals
