But rather than tap it home, the late substitute completely mishit her shot that dribbled wide of Nadine Angerer's goal.
If she had gotten it on target, it would have all but secured their place in the semi-finals of the Women's World Cup but it wasn't to be and the French were eliminated on penalties.
We'll give her the benefit of the doubt because it bobbled it up on her late but still, this will probably keep her up tonight.
