We hope your Sunday lunch is well and truly digested before you watch this footage of Chieveo defender Federico Mattiello's horror injury. The right back was challenging Roma's Radja Nainggolan for the ball when his right foot got caught in the turf and his tibia appeared to snap. The 19-year-old Italian was substituted immediately after less than 20 minutes of play in Chievo Verona's Serie A tie with Roma. You would imagine that the break would mean a lengthy spell on the sidelines for Mattiello but we wish him the speediest of recoveries.Explore more on these topics:
