As we saw at the weekend, Carragher offered up a compromise - posing beside two youngsters in United jerseys - but Neville was not buying it.
Indeed, their exchange on Twitter
sparked one of the best Neville comebacks yet and saw a Liverpool fan knocked off his online perch.
Today, Neville offered Carragher a last chance to redeem himself.
