Ireland has been celebrating the 25th anniversary of its first game of Italia '90 (see how the internet would've reacted that night here) but that also means one thing: It has been 25 years since Gary Lineker went to the toilet. On the pitch. Without the toilet. In his shorts. On TV.
But the English striker has found the best use for an emoji ever when he marked the occasion just brilliantly today.
Naturally, the BBC presenter has been getting stick from both Irish and English alike on the silver anniversary of poop-gate but he has taken it like a champ. Here's what happened if you're not one of those people who clings to a draw for 25 years and remembers every second of it.
