We all know the 38-year-old best from his lengthy spell with Sligo Rovers but the attacking midfielder is revered around the capital from his time with Shamrock Rovers, Shelbourne, St Pats and Bohemians.
A statement on Arrow Harp's Facebook page reads:
"We are very proud and excited to announce the signing of Sligo Rovers legend Joseph Ndo .. We would like to welcome Joey into our club and hopefully he can help develop the young talent that we have in abundance .. Many thanks to Kieran Mullaney (our senior team manager) and to Ivor Parke ( main club sponsor ) for showing the foresight to make this happen ... We also wish Joey all the best on his new coaching venture .. He is a brilliant role model to our youth and I expect he will be busy over the coming months training teams far and wide."
