Having negotiated the Republic of Ireland's route to Euro 2016, Martin O'Neill is set to sign a new contract to stay on as manager.

The Derry native, who succeeded Giovanni Trapattoni in November 2013, was expected to carry on as manager into 2018 World Cup qualifying, but the play-off win over Bosnia-Herzegovina sealed the deal. According to the documents, which SportsJOE have obtained, FAI Chief Executive John Delaney drafted up the contract Tuesday morning, just hours after qualification was secured. The new contract includes clauses relating to the use of our most beloved players, Roy Keane's behaviour and Delaney's better half. See below.
