Moving to a Premier League team can be an overwhelming experience for a young footballer. For some, they go from living with their parents to competing at an elite level in a matter of weeks. It's undoubtedly a hugely exciting – and daunting – time in a budding footballer's life. And it seems as though former Tottenham youngster Dorian Dervite got a taste of the wild Premier League lifestyle through Irish legend Robbie Keane. “After two or three drinks, he started coming towards me and said to me 'I will show you how to do a real slide-tackle in England,'" Dervite said on French television via Get Football News France. Signed from the Lille academy, Dervite eventually left Spurs for Villarreal B before returning to England with Charlton in 2012. He's currently with Bolton.
