They're a top bunch, that Everton lot.

Members of the Toffees squad, as well as countless fans, came together to deliver young supporter Noah Cunningham the perfect birthday present. Twelve-year-old Noah suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a neuromuscular disorder, and his mother asked fellow fans to send birthday cards for the lifelong Everton fan. Hundreds of fans, as well as many of the club's players, came through to make the youngster's day, while he even got to meet Toffees legend Duncan Ferguson.
