Thierry Henry has been suspended from his duties as AS Monaco manager, the club have announced.

Reports surfaced earlier today claiming the former Arsenal striker would be sacked by Monaco and replaced by his predecessor in the Monaco dugout, Leonardo Jardim.
While he has not officially been sacked, the announcement that he has been "suspended from his duties" is a strong indication that his formal dismissal is imminent.
And when you think about it, that basically means that he has to wait around to be told that he's been sacked. With Monaco languishing at the foot of Ligue One and with the club in complete disarray, his term couldn't have gone much worse there.

The club announced that Franck Passi will take first team training this Friday.
Since taking over at Monaco in his first managerial job, Henry has failed to get them out of the relegation zone, with just four wins from 20 matches in all competitions.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
