Tottenham fans are currently holding their collective breaths after Harry Kane was taken off injured during Spurs’ tie against Bournemouth, following a collision with Cherries keeper Asmir Begovic. The striker limped down the tunnel on 34 minutes, to be replaced by Erik Lamela. Sky Sports confirmed at half time that it was Kane’s right ankle that was injured – which is particularly worrying as he previously previously missed four weeks of action after injuring the same ankle in March 2017.
