Cristiano Ronaldo is a very vain man.

He poses and preens with his top off more often that a Playboy model trying to impress Hugh Hefner. The Portuguese is in very buff shape, and more power to him, as we scoff yet another bag of Malteasers and tuck into our third pizza of the afternoon.
