Angel di Maria limped off the Old Trafford pitch after just 13 minutes of play in Manchester United's 3-0 victory over Hull with what looked like a hamstring injury.
The Argentinian winger suffered the 41st injury of Louis van Gaal's season in charge of United after pulling up near in midfield before signalling the need for a substitution.
The €75m record signing went straight down the tunnel for treatment after being replaced by Ander Herrera.
The former Real Madrid ace joins high-profile absentees Jonny Evans, Luke Shaw, Phil Jones, Rafael and Daley Blind on the injury list.
