Cristiano Ronaldo suggests that the Champions League should be named after him

Five-time Champions League winner Cristiano Ronaldo has said that Europe's premier club competition should be named after him following Real Madrid's 3-1 win over Liverpool on Saturday.

Madrid seized their third consecutive Champions League title with a 3-1 win over the Reds with Ronaldo once again finishing the tournament as the competition's top scorer with 15 goals. The Portuguese forward is the all-time leading scorer in European competition with 121 goals in 159 games.
