It took Ronaldo less than five minutes to lose his rag
Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't like it when his teammates choose to shoot instead of passing him the ball. We've seen him struggle to hide his frustration on numerous occasions during his time at Real Madrid and Juventus, occasionally even appearing annoyed that his teammate scored a goal.
But on this occasion, he actually had reason to be angry.
Four and a half minutes into Portugal's opening group game against Hungary, Liverpool forward Diogo Jota was running towards goal with three Hungary defenders close to him. Ronaldo, meanwhile, was in yards of space to his left. The right call would have been for Jota to pass to his teammate, who also happens to be one of the greatest goalscorers of all time.
But Jota opted to shoot instead–on his weak foot as well. Maybe he didn't see Ronaldo in space, but he should have done. The shot was saved by Péter Gulácsi and parried out for a corner.
Ronaldo's reaction was incredibly predictable, but that did not take away from its comic value.
How many times have we seen this expression from Ronaldo?

As is always the case with these incidents, Ronaldo's reaction fast became the subject of memery, with one Twitter user referring back to an equally baffling moment in the NBA.

Jota should just be glad he didn't offer Ronaldo a bottle of Coca Cola.
