Jamie Carragher is reportedly considering stepping in to pay a €2,000 fine handed down to a GAA club after it hosted one of the Reds legend's football camps.
Dromard GAA in Longford were hit with the fine after allowing the Jamie Carragher Soccer School use its facilities for an event last August.
The GAA have punished the club for hosting non-sanctioned games, and having missed the deadline to appeal the penalty, the Irish Independent reports that Carragher is monitoring developments with a view to assisting with the fine.
