It definitely wasn't a typo.

On Friday morning, Chelsea's website featured the usual preview ahead of the Blues' FA Cup quarter-final with Manchester United. And those in charge of publishing the game's talking points seized the opportunity to take a little dig at their fierce rivals with both hands. If you were merely skim-reading the piece it would have come across as slightly complimentary, as the Red Devils' league consistency was praised with the below sentence.
"Monday’s cup opponents are enjoying a long unbeaten run in the league stretching back to October."
But then came the hammer blow.
"It has lifted them all the way from sixth to sixth."
The running joke about United's inability to get out of sixth place in the Premier League has been a source of much enjoyment among rivals' supporters and, after taking the subtle pop, Chelsea then reminded United of their most recent defeat.
"That last defeat was, of course, the one they endured at the Bridge. Pedro’s 29.6 seconds opener in that 4-0 triumph remains the fastest goal in the league this season."
What you've seen there is absolutely no holding back from the media team! And it didn't go unnoticed by Chelsea's delighted followers.
