Champions League club has a very dodgy plan to address racism problem

If your football club was feared to have a racist element among its fans, how would you hope for them to deal with the problem?

Most likely, you'd want the club to expel any supporters found guilty of racist activity, and work harder to educate the fanbase about what is and isn't acceptable. What you probably wouldn't want is for black fans to be segregated under the guise of minimising the risk of further occurrences, yet that is exactly what one Champions League club is said to be considering. According to the Daily Mirror, Dynamo Kiev are considering a "special sector" for black fans after a racially aggravated incident during the Ukrainian club's draw against Chelsea. The idea was floated by a journalist in the Eastern European country, and stadium director Volodimir Spilchenko has reportedly admitted the idea is under consideration. Now correct us if we're wrong, but that sounds an awful lot like racial segregation, and not at all like an acceptable response to the goings-on at the Valery Lobanovskyi Dynamo Stadium.
