According to reports in Scotland, Wout Weghorst was close to signing for the Scottish Premiership champions in January but the move broke down over personal terms.

The move would likely mean an end to Anthony Stokes' time at Celtic, with the Dubliner set for a move away from the club after a successful loan spell at Hibernian.
It would however, following on from Pierre van Hooijdonk and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink, continue the proud Celtic tradition of signing giant Dutch strikers.
