Tottenham's Zenon Stylianides showed incredible spirit as he represented his club's Under-21 team - despite learning prior to kick-off that his sister's death was imminent.

Having received a message from his mother which told him that his sister, who had been suffering with blood cancer, was close to dying. Stylianides reportedly called his sister to leave a goodbye message before taking to the field in the side to face their Chelsea counterparts after being encouraged to do so by his parents.
