He had to ring his wife to ask her how to make instant coffee
During a football show on BBC Radio 5 Live last night, Phil Neville ends up telling presenter Mark Chapman that he had never made an instant coffee until a reporter came to his house last week.
In fact, the 37-year-old had to ask his wife how to do it. He admits he has 'lived in a bubble' but it must be a fairly large bubble to never have had to scoop a spoonful of instant coffee into a cup.
He has made his own tea though, so all is not lost...
