Alvaro Morata managed to make a miraculous recovery from injury after he realised he had scored for Atlético Madrid. Morata led the line for Atlético in their 2-0 win against Elche on Thursday night and doubled their lead after João Felix opened the scoring. The Spain international's left-footed effort deflected over the Elche goalkeeper but was unaware the ball had gone in after he had gone down to the ground following a challenge in the build-up to the strike.
