AC Milan accuse Juventus of editing instant replay to make Carlos Tevez appear onside

AC Milan seem to think that there's some foul play afoot in the Serie A

Juventus recorded an emphatic 3-1 home victory over AC Milan on Saturday but the match was not without its controversy. The opening goal by Juve forward Carlos Tevez seemed to be a particularly dodgy call by the linesman. The initial replay seemed to suggest that Teves was marginally offside, but then another clip indicated that he was onside. Adriano Galliani, Milan's CEO, explained that Juve are the only club in the league that produces their own match footage. He argued that there was no effort to show the contentious goal from multiple angles in the replays. Soon after, Milan posted a statement on their official website imploring the league to reconsider their system for televising matches.

Milan do not intend to stir up controversy, but make a clear and precise request. At this moment the 10 Serie A games are put together by six Sky directors, three Mediaset directors and one independent director. Milan ask that from next season all the directors are independent and do not come from broadcasters who have bought the rights to the Serie A matches.
