This man would increase productivity anywhere he goes.
A relentless work-rate, an unwavering desire to succeed and an incredible ability to motivate those around him – that’s Munster back-row CJ Stander in a nutshell.
He has become a huge leader for Munster alongside Peter O’Mahony and often captains the province in the Cork man’s absence.
A leader on the pitch and, judging by the nixer he has been doing at Kearys Renault, a leader off it too.
The South African-born back row has something about him. There are a huge number of attributes which he has in his possession which would prove transferable into the world of business and in particular, the area of car sales.
We don’t know about you but if CJ Stander told us we should buy a car, then we would, no questions asked.
His sales methods and his ability to motivate his peers are a little bit unorthodox however.
Just look at what happens to this poor chap who unfortunately for him, failed to interact with a customer. 
We can’t imagine he will make that same mistake twice.
