This decision - or lack of - is just terrifying.

St George Illawarra beat Warrington Wolves last night 18-12 but the victors' winger should surely have at least been sin-binned for a frightening dangerous high tackle.

Eto Nabuli caught Kevin Penney right around the neck and clothes-lined him from behind before the break but referee Ben Thaler saw fit to only award a penalty.

That's right.
