Sevens rugby is all about speed and skill and evasion but Pama Fou must have trashed the memo
The giant Australian was playing for his country in the final of the Dubai Sevens this weekend when he decided to dump South Africa's Ruhan Nel to the ground with this dangerous tip-tackle.
Amazingly he only received a yellow card for his efforts and did subsequently apologise to his management at half time.
Hopefully he apologised to Nel as well.
South Africa went on to win 33-7 and are lucky that Nel is heading home in one-piece after this reckless tackle
