VIDEO: This Tullamore try just has to be the fastest in the history of the AIL

Just 21 seconds from kick-off to crossing

Darragh Murphy

We’re going to go ahead and call this a record.

Not enough literature exists about the try-scoring history of the All Ireland League but 21 seconds has to be right up there doesn’t it?

This phenomenal effort came yesterday in Tullamore’s 60-10 victory over Ards in Division 2B.

Straight from kick-off, Tullamore’s Jordan Conroy collected the ball on his own 22 before evading a number of tacklers to travel the length of the pitch and touch down before the Ards defence had time to react.

Sen-bloody-sational.
