Ireland are kicking off their Six Nations title defense on Sunday when those burly, wily Welshmen come to town. Joe Schmidt's men are going for an unprecedented third outright championship win in a row but the odds are stacking up against the would-be history boys. Talisman and captain Paul O'Connell has retired to the South of France and Ireland have 10 senior players injured. But enough of the nay-saying. RTE are primed for their penultimate live broadcast of the tournament and they are blazing every single gun in their arsenal. Ronan O'Gara, Shane Horgan and Conor O'Shea set a tub-thumping scene for Ireland's voyage into a garish gauntlet.
