Nick Cummins is stateside this week to promote the Wallabies fixture against the USA Eagles in September. If you thought the oval balled game hadn’t quite reached the mainstream US media, then this video will certainly not change your opinion.
A clip emerged of Cummins doing an interview on live US TV, when the reporter made an absolute hames of his introduction.
“These two studs are standing next to me. I’m joined by Nick Cummins, also known as eh… aka the Honey Bear, one of the best nicknames in all of sports.”
Cummins and scrumhalf Nic White decided the best course of action was to laugh it off rather than correct the broadcaster. After all, the Honey Bear is one of the best nicknames in all of sports.
