It's just over one month until we get to see the opening action at the Rugby World Cup, and for every day until the September 18 we're going to watch this brilliant promo from TV3 to get us in the mood.
The Irish broadcaster has exclusive rights to all 48 games of the tournament, and has a brilliant cast of ex-rugby heads to guide us through the action as Ireland hope to lift the Webb Ellis Cup for the very time in October.
And to get everyone in the mood they've put together some of the highs and lows that Irish sides have endured and enjoyed over the last 25 years or so at the top table of rugby.
TV3's expert panel of Keith Wood, Shane Byrne, Shane Jennings, Hugo MacNeill and Peter Stringer all chat through some of the iconic moments of Irish sport, as well as setting the scene perfectly for Joe Schmidt's side to make a real impact in the autumn.
The ad also features their rugby ambassador Sean O'Brien who will (hopefully) be tearing trees up in London and Cardiff over the next couple of months.
It's stirring stuff and we can't wait to see what the good folk out in Ballymount have in store for us over the six-week tournament.
