The poor South Africans thought it was plain sailing. Just show up, cruise through the group and then start worrying about getting things right. Just take care of Scotland and Samoa and it'll be grand. After all, Japan and USA are only in England for a holiday. Well what a way to spend a bloody holiday. Especially if you're Japanese. Or, you know, just anyone else in the world who joined in on the celebrations after a monumental World Cup upset.
