Video: Samoan rugby team belt out moving hymn for terminally ill Springboks legend

A touching tribute to one of the game's greats.

A video has emerged of the Samoan national rugby team singing a spine-tingling hymn for terminally ill Springbok Joost van der Westhuizen. Van der Westhuizen has been suffering from motor neurone disease since 2011. The former South African scrum-half, who won 89 caps for his country, has travelled the world raising awareness about the disease.
