Pure carnage.

Wigan Warriors were trouncing Wakefield, late in their league clash on Thursday, when they spurned a try-scoring chance for the ages. Anthony Gelling was all set for a try before he pulled his hamstring, at full pace. Screaming in agony, he still had the forethought to fling a pass to his teammate, John Bateman, in support. The ball took a wicked bounce forward and Bateman's attempt to dot down resulted in a disastrous shoulder injury. Who puts down wooden stakes right behind the in-goal area?
