Nick Cummins is a quality rugby player, but he’s no Bear Grylls.

The Honey Badger decided to improve his survival skills should he ever find himself stranded in the vast Australian bush, and his teacher was a devoted teenage boyscout named Felix.

The pair struck a deal. Felix shows Cummins how to fend for himself in the wild, while Cummins teaches him rugby skills.

They started with a demonstration on how to pitch a tent (no, not that kind), and Cummins struggled big time, eventually giving up with his tent lying in a heap on the ground.

The Honey Badges imparted his rugby wisdom on the scout, giving him masterclasses in how to kick, pass and most importantly, give hilarious responses to questions from the media.

However, Cummins did excel at the next two challenges, starting a fire, and cooking a steak on an open flame, while poor Felix ate beans from a tin can.

We can’t wait for the new TV show “Into the Wild with Nick Cummins”, once he retires.
