Injuries happen and Australia's James Slipper found that out as the unforgiving shoulder of Fiji's Peceli Yato crashed into his face.
The Aussie prop's eyes rolled back into his head and he was unconscious before his head hit the ground but that thud off the Millennium Stadium turf didn't exactly help matters.
The medical staff took to the field and Slipper was rightly taken off as a precaution but he was almost certainly concussed in this sickening collision.
He walked off the pitch though like the hard nut he is.
