It's one of the oldest pieces of gamesmanship in rugby - pat your opponent on the head, shoulders, back or arse and thank them for the penalty they just conceded.
Nothing quite grates like that sarcastic back-slap. 'Well done mate'. 'Cheers'. 'Nice one'. George North knew exactly what would piss Mike Brown off, on Saturday, after the English fullback conceded the winning penalty to Wales.
