Bordeaux out-half Lionel Beauxis appeared on Canal+ this week in an attempt to disprove the theory that all rugby players are macho men.
Beauxis, capped 20 times by France but currently out of Test favour, gave Les Spécialistes unprecedented access to his goings-on and did not hold back from showing his sensitive side. That included reading Emile Zola tomes, buying a Michael Flatley-esque blouse, getting his nails painted and going for a leg wax.
We can't imagine Johnny Sexton doing a similar piece with RTE ahead of the Six Nations.
France, meanwhile, have called up Clermont scrum-half Morgan Parra to their extended Six Nations training squad, following injury to Brice Dulin and a weekend knock to Sebastien Tillous-Borde.
