Another campaign for the Irish nation to throw its weighty votes behind.

Sky Sports has announced eight nominees for the Guinness PRO12 try of the season. Half that number are made in Ireland.

Craig Gilroy of Ulster and Connacht’s Matt Healy will vie with the Munster duo of Robin Copeland and Jack O’Donoghue for the accolade.

Voting is now open and you can choose your favourite here.

Craig Gilroy (vs Scarlets)

A stunning solo effort from the winger, blazing past five Welshmen.

Jack O’Donoghue (vs Cardiff)

A breakthrough season for the former Ireland Under-20 captain.

Matt Healy (vs Scarlets)

Robin Copeland (vs Ulster)

A great team move finished off the the No.8 [about 28 seconds in].

The other nominees are John Barclay, Josh Strauss, Phil Burleigh and Peter Horne.

Voting closes on May 9, with the winner announced on May 17.
