Just when you thought rugby players couldn't get any more intimidating, they go and learn mixed martial arts.
Cage Warriors' lightweight fighter Joseph 'Irish Joe' Duffy visited the training ground of the London Irish squad to teach them a thing or two about fighting. Tom Court and co. were only delighted to be shown an array of striking and grappling techniques such as body kicks and armbar set-ups. Duffy takes to the cage next at Cage Warriors 74 on November 15 in London when he takes on Julien Boussage.
