Cage Warriors' lightweight fighter Joseph 'Irish Joe' Duffy visited the training ground of the London Irish squad to teach them a thing or two about fighting. Tom Court and co. were only delighted to be shown an array of striking and grappling techniques such as body kicks and armbar set-ups. Duffy takes to the cage next at Cage Warriors 74 on November 15 in London when he takes on Julien Boussage. London Irish play Sale that same day so one word of warning to the Sharks is "chin down, hands up lads."
