Joe Schmidt's scrum half project may need to be rethought.
First choice number 9 Conor Murray had to taken off after just 15 minutes of Ireland's final World Cup warm-up game against England.
Murray was unfortunately left out cold when caught by a trailing heel after attempting to stop the drive of England prop Joe Marler.
The medical team rushed on to treat the Munster man who was immediately replaced on suspicion of concussion.
If confirmed as concussion, it would be Murray's third in ten months which is a worrying trend to say the least.
Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery before Ireland's World Cup opener against Canada in a fortnight's time.
