Mils Muliaina knows what World Cups are all about.
He knows what it's like to lose in them - he's done that twice. He also knows what it's like to win one after he tasted glory with New Zealand in 2011.
The 100-caps international player joined up with Connacht in May and he has been impressed with what he has seen in the four provinces so far. That set-up and the players that have come through the island's structure are why Mils isn't surprised by the country's recent performances in the Autumn Internationals. And it's also why he thinks Joe Schmidt's boys can challenge in England next year.
